Libidn is a package for internationalized string handling based on the
Stringprep, Punycode, IDNA and TLD specifications.

The library (libidn.a) is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public
License (see the file COPYING.LIB).  The command line tool, self
tests, examples, etc, are licensed under the GNU General Public
License (see the file COPYING).
