[plamo:08572] Latex error in fontenc.sty.

桑村です。

  ある文書をLaTeX でコンパイル使用としてエラーになってしまいまし
た。
  platex を実行してエラーがでます。 fontenc.sty は ptex218.tgz に
ありますが、 ly1enc.def が見つからないようです。

  それから、geometry.sty が見つかりません。

  とりあえず、 http://www.tug.org/ からたどって CTAG の検索で捜
して、ly1enc.defや geometry.sty などのファイルを
/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/base/置いてみたのですが、だめでした。
なにを設定すればよいのでしょうか？
