まず、確か Windows からはインターネットに接続できてるんですよね？

ここは、東京めたりっくから知らされたユーザーIDを入力してますよね？
ドメインはもっと長くて続きがありませんか？

この部分、「on demand の機能は IPアドレス(dynamic IP)が
DHCP で割り振られる場合は使わない方が良い」と解釈したのですが、
IPアドレスは東京めたりっくから DHCP で割り振られてませんか。

とりあえず 0 にしておいて、接続できてから 1 にしてはどうですか。

dhcpcd は動いてますか？

> ping　は、繋がりません。どうしても、接続できないのですが、
DNSの設定ができてないと、
$ ping www.yahoo.co.jp
のようなのはだめで、
$ ping 210.152.236.52
のようだと通るので、試してみてください。
