詳細で論理的な解説ありがとうございます．大変良く理解できました．
また実際に試して頂きありがとうございます．

私のマザーボードではSATA がオンボードですので，４つあるコネクタの内３つ
に差し替えて試してみました(一つはHDDが接続)．他にPCI スロットにNICを挿し
ていますので，他のスロットに差し替えて試してみました．

SATAコネクタ：
現状 2,0,0
1,0,0  3,0,0 にして確認してみましたが，エラーの現象は同じでした．
NIC を異なるPCIスロットに差し替えてみましたが現象は同じでした．

現象が違う点と言いますと，私の場合は，sg.o が自動的に組み込まれません．

こじまさんのログと比較してみましたが，違う点は書き込みを開始したときに
cdrecord: WARNING: Drive returns wrong startsec (0) using -150 
というWARNING が出てから，
cdrecord: Input/output error.というエラーになるところくらいかと思います．
