石田さん、炭屋さん、そしてリストの皆様、

アドバイスありがとうございました。
IRQ 3 を exclude して、IRQ 5 に移動したみたいですが、残念ながら scsi
デバイスを認識してくれないです。横田さんが作ったモジュールも使ってみた
んですが、cardmgr の状態を悪化して、カーネルのモジュールに戻りました。
(というか、カーネルのモジュールは横田さんのものではないですかね？)

一応、皆様の参照に、ログとコメントファイルを添付します。
何かのアドバイスがあれば、助かります。

offline?? 電源が入っているのに。。。??

この後、cardmgr ストップしてくれなくなて、クリーンなシャットダウンができなくなった
kill -9 しても言うことを聞いてくれなかった。。
