[plamo:20489] AlliedTelesisのEtherCard

いつもお世話になっています。
こみや　です。

どうもEtherCardを認識していないようで、MLを検索していたら

を見つけました。
まだサポート外なんでしょうか？
もしくは設定が悪いのでしょうか？

現在まで試した設定は
/boot/grub/menu.lst　を編集し
カーネルにオプションを
kernel=/vmlinuz ether=,,1,eth0
kernel=/vmlinuz ether=3,0x0C8D0,1,eth0
kernel=/vmlinuz ether=3,0x0C8D0,1,0xbad,eth0
の３種類を試して、

カーネルの設定は
Network device support  ---> 
 Ethernet (10 or 100Mbit)  ---> 
  [*] NEC PC-9800 C-bus cards 
  <M> Most NE2000-based Ethernet support 
  [ ]  Melco EGY-98 support 
  [ ]  Melco LGY-98 support 
  [ ]  ICM IF-27xxET support 
  [ ]  I-O DATA LA-98 support 
  [ ]  Contec C-NET(98)E/L support 
  [*]  Allied Telesis LA-98 support 
  [ ]  ELECOM Laneed LD-BDN[123]A support 
  [ ]  NEC PC-9801-108 support 

のようにAlliedだけ組み込み　と　上記全選択（最初の設定）の２種類
を試していますが、
以下の値が返されています

# ifconfig

# netstat -r

ただ　dmseg　をすると
最後の方に
# dmseg

と表示されるので、全く認識していない訳でも無いのかな？？？
