この問題、いやらしいことに、glibc-2.32 でビルドした static binary は
glibc-2.31 以前だとエラーになる模様。

$ ls -l /lib/libc.so.6
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 12  8月 10日  20:08 /lib/libc.so.6 -> libc-2.31.so*

$ ./busybox_glibc2.32 ls -l
total 25264120
busybox_glibc2.32: dl-call-libc-early-init.c:37: _dl_call_libc_early_init: Assertion `sym != NULL' failed.
中止

"ls -l" だけおかしくなる、というのは謎なんだけど、
インストール用のツールが glibc のバージョンに依存するのはマズいので、
現状では glibc-2.32 への更新はできそうにない感じ。
