make instll時にdracut lsinitrdが無くエラーとなるので
(PATHが不足しているのかも)

からとりあえずdracut lsinitrdをコピーしてinstallしました。

起動時は以下

rsyncで大き目のファイルのコピーに200MB/s以上出ているのでとりあえず
ギガビットNIC以上にはなっている感じ。HDDのアクセス速度で制限されているかも。
