だめです。
仮に見えても、ちらついたりひどいことになると思います。

以下のように修正してみてください。

<以下が修正行、(その直前の行と置き換える)
modelineに一行追加しています。

それから、自分はこのXF86Configを試せる訳でもないことを一応お断りし
ておきます。

後は、ご自分で調べられて、640x480のモードを追加してください。
vga16がきちんと見えるためには、このモードを入れた方がいいと思いま
す。
＃念のため書いておきますが、同様にmodelineへの追加と、Screenセクシ
＃ョンへの追加記述が必要です。

を参考にしました。
＃おそらく類似のチップなので。。。
