[plamo:10650] HDD の追加

１台の Desktop PC 上の Plamo 2.1 without X or Japanese という
環境で DNS , NFS , FTP , HTTP , Mail , Samba などの
Server を動かしています。当然、HDD の先行き不安が生じてきます。
IDE Primary Slave に 30GB の HDD を追加して /home としようかな
と考えています。問題は、追加の方法なのですが、、、

1st  # shutdown -h now
2nd    Network Cable を引っこ抜く
3 rd    30GB HDD を IDE Primary Slave に装着
4th    Power On
5th  # fdisk
6th  # shutdown -r now
7th  # mke2fs /dev/hdb1
8th  # mount -t ext2 /dev/hdb1 /mnt
9th  # cp -R /home /mnt
10th # umount /mnt
11th # rm /home
12th # mount -t ext2 /dev/hdb1 /home
13th # vi /etc/fstab
14th   10baseT Cable を再び装着

ざっとこんなやりかたでよいのでしょうか。
MailServer は qmail です。
