手元に環境がないので当てずっぽうですが、

うまくいったマシンでは
checking for socklen_t... yes
となっているのであれば、ヘッダファイルが微妙に異なっているのでは
ないかと思います。

双方のマシンで
find /usr/include -name \*.h | xargs grep -w socklen_t
とかやって、違いを見つけてみる、とか。

もし違っていたら、何を入れ替えればいいんでしょうかねぇ？ gcc?
