DOSEMUの方ですが、configure中に以下のようなエラーが出ていると思います。

checking for gcc-2.95...yes, using -fno-strict-aliasing to work around bugs
checking for glibc..../default-configure: 2
min) > 1 : syntax error in expression (error token is "min) > 1 ")
updating cache ./config.cache

dosemu-1.0.1であれば、以下のURLのpatchを当てることで上記エラーは出なくなり、
makeも通ります。

1.0.0だと手でpatchを当ててもダメでした。他にも修正が必要なのでしょう。
