文字通り S70mountfs stop が停止するところで失敗していますね。間違って
るかもしれんけど、

      umount --all --detach-loop --read-only \
             --types notmpfs,nosysfs,nodevtmpfs,noproc,nodevpts >/dev/null

が失敗しているのかな…
